1. Overview
Vibecope is a macOS desktop application sold by the creator of Vibecope as a sole proprietor (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using Vibecope you agree to these terms.
2. License
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Vibecope on up to two (2) macOS devices that you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software.
3. Pricing & Payment
Vibecope is a one-time purchase of $9.99 USD, processed through LemonSqueezy. The purchase includes one year of free updates. After one year, the app continues to work but no longer receives updates unless you renew.
4. Refunds
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@vibecope.ai for a full refund.
5. Your Data
Vibecope runs entirely on your machine. It reads Claude's local log files and makes lightweight API calls to Claude using your own subscription. Vibecope does not operate any server, does not collect telemetry, and does not transmit your data to us or any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Disclaimer
Vibecope is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the coaching suggestions will be accurate or suitable for your use case. You are solely responsible for the prompts you send to Claude.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software ($9.99). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Vibecope after changes constitutes acceptance.
